“The first two tracks (Insane Aerobics and Talán) were born from some eclectic electric style, influeced by dubstep and triphop. The next two (Slowed Reflexes and Chestnut Trees) go along the ambient and chill out line. The final three (Ilona Staller, The Space Queen and Barbarella) retrospect the ’70s italian space techno era. The 3 EPs are mixed from various styles but make a whole piece together. These tracks were mixed between April and June of 2012. In three tracks, female vocal themes were created and featured by MoSu. Cover by Kitti Godó.”

Abstract Nostalgic Fractals Systems : The Inner Peace [bump170]

“The Inner Peace is the debut full-length of the ambient techno/dub techno duo Abstract Nostalgic Fractal Systems. The album was preceded by mx01 EP, released in November 2011. The duo comments that ‘the album is a repetitive addition to our first EP’ and ‘is an album that grows inside you, when the more you listen to it’. The Inner Peace follows the minimalistic style of mx01 EP, with long and repetitive compositions. M1A1 stated that ‘[he] was tired of using only synthesizers on a PC’. For the album, M1A1 wanted to leave aside the digital synthesizers and samplers on laptop: ‘The album is a battle space of 55 minutes between analog and modular tones, modulated noises and field recordings’.”

Divider : Krzho [bump165]

“After finishing his Elements project, Krzho came back to make solid four-to-the-floor EP. The structure is very similar in each track, 606 drum machine, which I have been using for some time now. Then the track go on different roads. Divider has a fat and nasty bassline, Transpose is a bit more rich with percussion, Like No Other is very simple, but has a very powerfull kicks. And finally Perfect Score, the track which is a little different from the other three, it is more deep and melody is more emphasised.”
