After much demand from fans and bands, we decided to compile a Post-Punk compilation, called Post-Punk (Genesis), uniting Post-Punk artists from allover the world.
We were honestly quite surprised by the amount of submissions we received, 1564 in total. 44 bands were then invited to be part of the compilation itself. You’ll get an eclectic collection of all of the colors you can find inside the Post-Punk scene, from pure New Wave to contemporary mixes of Post Punk and electronics. There will be something for everyone!
The tracks underwent careful post mastering & sound adjustment by Erlend Eilertsen (Lights A.M, Essence Of Mind) and this for a maximum audio pleasure.
Post-Punk (Genesis) is available here for free or as a pay-what-you-want download release. All proceedings will again go to the various charities we support.”
“Cool Sunglasses will precede the debut full-length A/S release ‘Reset Life’ by vaporwave producer バーチャルボーイＡ ｔ ｓ ｕ. The EP contains 3 original non-sample based tracks broadcasting all manner of trash and treasure for those red eyes awake in the wee hours. Let’s Spend the Night Together!”
“These tracks were recorded early 2016, immediately after I finished The Infinity Room. They were originally going to be pressed on a limited 12″ white label, but due to various reasons, I never got around to releasing it. Some of you may have heard them in my recent mixlr broadcasts. They’re a lot more uptempo than my usual tracks and because they’re stylistically quite different to what I usually go for, they never quite found a place elsewhere. I like them a lot though and rather than see them go to waste, I’ve decided to upload them here as a digital download, exclusive to my Bandcamp page. It’s a small thank-you to fans old and new, who have supported my music over the years. I’ve set it as pay what you want, but feel free to enter zero if you want to download it for free. Anything you do pay will go towards funding future vinyl releases.”
“The Dandelion Council brings his brand of Lo-Fi electronics and Ambient on his first solo release on the label. His usual chilled out atmosphere is on display with a kind of playfulness you wouldn’t expect.”
“Screener36 is a talented man named Victor, who resides in France and makes blippy squeaky trax that tickle our lobes and move our feet too. Spacious, funky, clean – Screener36’s debut for RP brings to mind lots of lovely things, like Amber-era AE, CiM, Bochum Welt and even a little early Metamatics. Whatever your preference, you’re sure to enjoy the catchy melodies, warm basslines and positively lush pads. A nice apertif for summer nights, supported by a very special Coppice Halifax remix and three more bonus trax on the CD-R!”
“My first complete LP. Written and recorded between September 2014 to February 2016, at first it was a side project while I worked on another album, but then Void became a full-length album. The other album will be released too, though!”
