Strukturator feat Dubteklab & Deeprest : Dubbassylon EP [Doma 005]

“We would like to present you a new artist in the minimal european scene, this time sound is coming from Kiev. The new style given by emerging artist Misha Strukturator in his works is mental-minimal techno, without leaving groove and subterrenean percussion behind. Some of the tracks are interpretations of Live PA collaboration sessions with Midi8 named Dubteklab, with a final mix of Strukturator. EP also includes collaboration with Deeprest and great addition – remixes by Dr. Nojoke and Storlon with their marked way of making techno. Fine sensations from glitchy sounds to the most dub atmospheres are filling the remixing work of this 2 last artists. Remix by the duet Tecnii & Tennisist is also in. Seq’s dark and modern synth sound is also available.”

“herr emmrich is permanently searching for new sounds to puzzle new tracks dedicated to the dancfloor. with variety and his distinct selection of records and tracks he wants to give his audience a good time on the floor. and they surely have. To create a permanent public stage for his music and the work of his friends he founded and developed the netlabel korten vertonung in 2008. the korten label stands for friendship and tolerance as a home for music to range from techno to jazz.

born in 1983 in the city of rostock, germany, herr emmrich became interested in music quite early. at the age of 12 he received his first piano lessons and started to develop his own compositions. influenced by the end nineties he soon become a true fan of electronic music, and after some visits at the local clubs and venues he get addicted to vinyl and started djing. since 2000 he works as a dj, producer and event manager. his love for electronic music has ever since become the essential part of his life as a universal language to express his emotions and feelings to the world, both as a dj and as a producer.”

“Marc Atmost (or Atmeo) is an alias of a person who has been engaged with making electronic music since late 90’s. Mar’yan Kitsenko was born and raised in small provincial town with large industrial objects on the bank of the Dnieper River, in central Ukraine. As he grew up he watched the decay of once great country and observed people becoming dry spiritually.

‘I noticed that some specific music caught my fancy. That was some trance-techno-rave as I would discover later. Within almost a decade I tried to compose my own music. The major motivation for that was the lack of music that pleased me and the main purpose was determined to search for the saddest sounding. Despite my persistence, I found too exhaustive to adhere the approach and simultaneously I started making something opposite to my main agenda.

At the end of the day I went through almost every genre from acid trance to hardcore, once had drum-n-bass project Active Search Modulation Team together with one of my friends, tried to organize private parties, but concluded in more thoughtful areas. Now I reside in Kiev with intention to share, at long last, what I’ve been busy with for the past years.'”
