“Stable as the Earth Stops Spinning gathers five songs that best describe the band’s creative process in its early years. The personal perspective on the genre is expressed through individual compositions of its members and recreated through the imaginary of the group.

Then They Flew aim to carefully construct a song’s climax using dynamics contrast, while trying to avoid the characteristic layering of ambiences and textures. This contrast is achieved by battling repetitive melody lines and heavy walls of sound akin to dense, expansive and dynamic atmospheres. Such atmospheres, joined with electrifying melodies and a slow, but steady rhythm section, give coherence to the overall arch of the album.”
